Job Description
You will lead a small financial team and ensure the efficient organization of the department. You are the financial sparring partner of the Country Manager and support strategic decision-making. You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning. You take care of the financial reporting to the group and monitor internal controls and compliance. You bear the final responsibility for personnel and payroll administration. What We Expect Of You You have extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a managerial position. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic and hands-on approach. You are a strong communicator and work smoothly with various stakeholders.
