Hybrid, average of 2 days onsite per week Workload: Full-time Daily rate: €600 Contract type: Freelance Languages: Strong professional English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French We are looking for a Delivery Governance & Process Manager to join a major player in the energy sector. Working within the Standards & Methods team, you will turn strategic direction, delivery experience and stakeholder input into practical standards, processes and tools. The role combines delivery governance, operational excellence and hands-on implementation across Agile and scaled delivery environments. Your

responsibilities:
• Translate strategic initiatives and workshop outcomes into clear processes, standards, methods, templates and workflows.
• Help develop and improve the Product Operating Model, common delivery standards and ways of working.
• Connect Agile, UX and QA practices into a coherent delivery approach, with clear expectations and room for contextual adaptation.
• Design and maintain operational documentation, including procedures, playbooks, policies, process flows and decision frameworks.
• Structure and maintain governance repositories, keeping standards usable, measurable and up to date.
• Support scaled Agile practices and delivery coordination across teams.
• Define metrics and feedback loops to assess adoption, delivery performance and outcomes.
• Support Chapter-as-a-Service methods and measurable service-level agreement (SLA) and operational-level agreement (OLA) governance.
• Contribute to workforce and sourcing decisions and the standardization of external service requests and tender processes.
• Follow up on actions, dependencies and decisions, identifying gaps, overlaps and opportunities for improvement.

Your profile
• At least 3 years of practical experience in Delivery Enablement, a Transformation Office or a similar function focused on implementing ways of working.
• Proven experience turning strategic concepts into operational processes, standards and reusable tools.
• Hands-on experience implementing and improving delivery governance, operating models or enterprise ways of working.
• Experience in Agile and scaled delivery environments, for example as an Agile Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Delivery Lead.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into concrete deliverables and drive topics through to completion.
• A pragmatic approach that balances governance with usability, adoption and business outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex delivery and governance topics clearly and challenge constructively. This assignment requires practical experience designing, implementing and measuring delivery processes, beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies or coaching individual teams.
