Responsibilities:
• Model and analyze business processes and support process redesign initiatives.
• Perform impact analyses to assess the consequences of business and system changes.
• Develop context diagrams, business domain models, user stories, and use cases.
• Capture, document, and challenge business requirements.
• Define business needs regarding IT tools and establish usage guidelines.
• Coordinate and validate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Review and validate functional analyses produced by IT teams.
• Support data quality initiatives and data migration activities.
• Participate in testing activities and validate releases following implementation.
• Contribute to change management initiatives, including preparation of training materials and end-user training.
• Provide post-implementation support to business users. Profile Required Experience
• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and modeling.
• Experience modeling business information needs and data requirements.
• Experience creating and executing test plans.
• Experience preparing training materials and supporting end users. Nice to Have
• Knowledge of IoT, AI, Machine-to-Machine communication, or related technologies.
• Experience in maintenance, asset management, or industrial environments. Languages
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team player capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
