• Working languages: Dutch and English ANVAST IN BRIEF We are an Antwerp-based real estate investment manager with a long-term, buy-and-hold approach. We focus on assets that are hard to replicate and let under long fixed leases. YOUR WORK
• Deals. You review incoming opportunities, dig into rent rolls, leases and technical reports, and build the underwriting model that tells us whether to make an offer.
• Portfolio. You help our asset manager keep the buildings performing: lease events, reporting, budgets, capex plans and sustainability upgrades.
• Research and reporting. You track rents, yields and transactions in our markets and turn your findings into investment memos, shareholder updates and quarterly reports. Along the way you meet brokers, operators, lenders and lawyers, and you visit the buildings yourself. WHAT YOU BRING
• A university master's degree in progress (or just completed) in finance, economics, business engineering, real estate or a related field
• Solid Excel skills
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Curiosity about buildings and locations, not only about numbers
• Accuracy, independence and the confidence to speak up in a small team This internship is open to university students and graduates only.
