Role Description This is a part-time, remote Mental Health Therapist role. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each participant’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, coordinating care with other providers, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with MantraCare’s AI-supported tools and multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality, monitor progress, and support continuity of care. The therapist will also participate in case consultations and contribute to best practices for virtual, global mental health support.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy, with the ability to deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based care in a virtual setting.
• Strong skills in Treatment Planning, including assessment, goal setting, and ongoing care planning aligned with client needs and organizational standards.
• Experience in Social Work and Case Management, including care coordination, resource linkage, and advocacy within diverse healthcare and community systems.
• Relevant master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.
• Active clinical license or certification (as required in the therapist’s region) to provide mental health services; eligibility for telehealth practice preferred.
• Proficiency with digital health platforms, secure telehealth tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and boundary-setting skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a remote, part-time caseload.
• Experience with employer-sponsored or insurer-based mental health programs, and familiarity with outcome-focused, data-informed care is an advantage. Interested candidates can share their resume at rushali@mantra.care
