Work you'll do Assist partners and directors in leading and supervising the preparation and review of various US federal and state income tax returns, with a focus on partnerships, corporations, trusts and/or international tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the US tax regulations; Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to address client needs, including M&A, restructurings, cross-border transactions, and tax optimization, while maintaining strict adherence to US federal, state, and local tax regulations; Assist partners and directors in leading and managing FATCA, CRS and QI engagements, including due diligence, reporting, and other related advisory services; Manage and oversee project timelines, client communication and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction; Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a dependable and trusted advisor on tax matters; Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development; and Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit, consulting, and global tax professionals, to provide integrated solutions. We are looking for someone with Degree holders in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related disciplines, with a full membership in a recognized professional body, preferably the US AICPA; At least 5 years or more of relevant US tax consulting and compliance experience; Experience in managing and supervising US tax compliance engagements; Excellent business acumen and marketing skills; Great leadership, project management and communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with staff at all levels in a dynamic and supportive environment.
