Brussels, Belgium We are looking for an experienced project manager who can assume the role of connection coordinator and function as the central point of contact for parties connecting to the Flemish building blocks and basic registers. He/she guides connecting parties from the start to the completion of their connection process, maintains an overview, ensures that the right experts and teams are involved at the right time, and supports clear and consistent communication with the connecting party. Main Required Skills & Technologies for Role Microsoft Power BI Project Management in infrastructure or development projects Confluence JIRA Technical environments in which the projects are situated Microsoft Office (advanced) Project management techniques (risk management, issue management, …) Prince2, PMBok, … Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates) GDPR in the context of IT projects involving personal data Knowledge of the functioning of local authorities regarding their interaction with associations Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2 ITIL Flemish government building blocks (Association Register, ACM/IDM, Magda, DOSIS, IPDC, Notifications,...)
