Role Description The Parts Advisor Antwerp role is a full-time, on-site position based in Antwerp. In this role, the Parts Advisor supports customers and dealers by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts in a timely and accurate manner. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, advising on parts compatibility and availability, processing orders, and coordinating with dealer networks to ensure efficient parts distribution. The Parts Advisor also monitors inventory levels, updates records in relevant systems, and collaborates with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction. The position requires consistent, professional communication and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build positive, long-term client relationships. Experience with Dealer Management or working within a dealer or distribution network environment. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to explain technical information in a clear and accessible way. Knowledge of Inventory Control, including basic stock management, order tracking, and data entry accuracy. Previous experience in parts advisory, automotive or technical parts environment is beneficial. Comfort using computer systems and dealer or inventory management software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work on-site full-time in Antwerp and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners. Fluent Dutch, English is a must
