Based in our vibrant Brussels head office, you will work hand-in-hand with one of the HR Business Partners supporting diverse countries across the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region. As an integral part of a high-energy team, you won't just learn about Retail HR management; you will actively participate in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and admin and contribute to HR projects across our network. Job responsibilities
• End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: All round HR Cycle support to the HR Business Partners of the 8 countries and In & Out staff administration (recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll flow…);
• HRIS & Data Excellence: Manage our database and HR systems while contributing to corporate HR reporting ;
• HR Communication & Engagement: Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employer branding initiatives
• Project Management: Bring your ideas to life by actively participating in transversal regional HR projects. Profile
• You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a passion for Human Resources
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a local regional language (such as Dutch or French) is a strong plus.
• Comfortable and efficient with digital tools, boasting strong command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
• Strong organizational
