Job Description
As the After Sales Warranty Specialist, you will be instrumental in establishing and launching the warranty setup in Benelux region. Your responsibilities will include managing warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
Warranty and Claim Support: Responsible for the daily processing of vehicle warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims. Review repair work orders, parts replacements, and related documents according to the manufacturer's warranty policy and claim standards to ensure compliance with claim requirements. Responsible for operating the manufacturer's claim system, including claim submission, status tracking, exception handling, and case closure. Maintain effective communication with the repair shop, service advisors, and parts department to ensure complete, accurate, and truthful claim documentation. Tracking the manufacturer's claim review results, promptly handling issues such as order cancellations, claim rejections, and requests for supplementary documentation to improve the claim success rate. Regularly verify claim data, maintain claim ledgers, perform data statistical analysis, and compile relevant reports. Cooperate with the manufacturer in conducting claim audits, quality feedback, and warranty inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturer management requirements. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on quality issue information to support product quality improvement. Assist in conducting training on after-sales service policies, claim procedures, and related systems. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations Language
Skills:
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Flexibility: Willingness to travel throughout the region as required Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a service team effectively.
