NET environment on Azure, ship code every day, and contribute ideas about what we’re building and why. You’ll be closely involved with the product and the client, and AI is an integral part of how you work. What You’ll Do
• Build features that make a difference: You’ll take features from idea to production while keeping the bigger picture in mind, ensuring that bookU Connected Staffing remains easy to navigate as it grows.
• Enabling real-time collaboration: You’ll ensure that schedulers immediately see what’s changing, without having to refresh the screen or make a phone call.
• Integrating AI into the product: You’ll help build the layer that allows AI agents to work directly with our platform. AI is also part of how you work, not just what you build.
• Connecting our platform to the rest of the world: You ensure our software integrates seamlessly with the systems of clients and partners.
• Deliver safely every day: small steps, no downtime, thorough testing. You maintain quality without sacrificing speed.

Experience:
5+ years of backend development in .
NET/C#, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Business-oriented: You think from the perspective of the planner and the customer, not just from the code.

• Builder: For you, AI isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s an integral part of how you build software. We’ve built our own agent-based AI development framework, and you’ll help expand it with new agents and skills.
• Quality-conscious: Testing and a well-thought-out architecture are second nature to you.
