• Discover operational problems through interviews and workflow observation with planners, dispatchers and terminal leaders.
• Turn vessel, yard, gate and exception-handling needs into clear workflows, prototypes, priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Own a focused product roadmap and backlog; balance user value, reliability, integration effort and delivery cost.
• Work with engineers and domain experts on AI-assisted decisions and agent workflows, including permissions, explanations and human approval.
• Define evaluation scenarios, usability tests and operational measures; distinguish a convincing demo from evidence of useful, reliable behavior. WHAT YOU BRING
• Typically 5+ years in B2B software product management or business analysis, or comparable evidence of owning complex products from discovery to delivery.
• Strong problem framing, prioritization, requirements writing and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to understand operational workflows, data dependencies, APIs and integration trade-offs.
• Practical AI Native habits: use AI for research, prototyping and analysis; validate outputs and improve repeatable workflows.
• Fluent professional English and Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hong Kong and relocate if currently based elsewhere. VALUED EXPERIENCE TOS, ports, logistics, industrial software or other operationally demanding systems; user research with frontline teams; AI product evaluation; SQL or analytical prototyping. Experience with Navis N4, CyberLogitec OPUS or another TOS is welcome. GLOBAL APPLICATIONS WELCOME WIDEVANCE plans to establish a Hong Kong branch.
