We are looking for GENUINE, guest-focused people who see what a guest needs before they ask. You will help create and personalize guest experience. Your day to day Set the stage: Prepare the restaurant for flawless service. Keep tables, sideboards and heart-of-house areas spotless and service-ready at all times. Welcome every guest: Greet each guest with a smile, eye contact, and their name when you know it. Personally acknowledge VIP arrivals and regular guests. Anticipate and personalise: Read your guests and meet their needs before they ask. Flag allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen and your team. Share your knowledge: Recommend dishes and drinks with genuine knowledge and confidence, and upsell menu items naturally. Deliver with precision: Take accurate orders and make sure food and drinks arrive quickly, CORRECTLY and beautifully presented. Handle guest checks carefully and follow operating standards. Grow the culture: Support your teammates, communicate openly and pass guest feedback to your supervisor. Follow all hotel safety, hygiene and sustainability standards. Required Skills & Experience Experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service is preferred. Fresh graduates with passion for hospitality are welcome to apply. A warm, pleasant personality and a guest-first mindset, with an eye for detail and high standards of grooming and punctuality. A team player who stays calm and works well in a fast-paced environment. Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua or another language is an advantage. Wine, beverage or food knowledge is a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer.
