To support our continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented and German-speaking Sales Advisor in Antwerp. In this role, you will guide clients from the German-speaking and international markets from their first contact through to the delivery of their jewellery. You combine personal advice with structured follow-up and play a key role in the overall client experience. Your role Sales & Client Advisory First point of contact for clients via email, phone or chat Welcoming and guiding clients in the showroom in Antwerp and, on a regular basis, in the showroom in Düsseldorf Advising clients on the purchase of diamond jewellery Preparing and following up on quotations Providing after-sales service and maintaining client relationships Supporting international offices with sales follow-up Who are we looking for? You get energy from client contact, while also enjoying structured and accurate work. Initial experience in sales, customer service or order management You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher You speak and write German and English fluently, enabling you to professionally support both German-speaking and international clients Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus A structured, planned and accurate working style A strong sense of responsibility and maturity Experience in diamonds or jewellery is not required – we provide training. Jouw rol Sales & Client Advisory Eerste contact met klanten via mail, telefoon of chat Ontvangen en begeleiden van klanten in de showroom in Antwerpen en, op regelmatige basis, in de showroom in Düsseldorf Adviseren bij de aankoop van diamantjuwelen Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes After-sales service en relatiebeheer Ondersteunen van buitenlandse kantoren bij salesopvolging Wie zoeken wij? Een eerste ervaring in sales, customer service of order management Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of hoger Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Duits en Engels, zo kan je zowel Duitstalige als internationale klanten professioneel begeleiden Kennis van het Nederlands is een grote plus Planmatige en nauwkeurige werkstijl Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en maturiteit Ervaring in diamant of juwelen is geen vereiste – wij voorzien opleiding.
