The environment combines critical customer, intermediary, and operational platforms, as well as integrations with key external partners. The organization is looking for a Solution Architect capable of designing end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and architectural principles, while supporting their implementation from project inception through production deployment. The role requires close collaboration between Business and IT stakeholders in a hybrid technology landscape that combines legacy COBOL Microfocus systems with modern .
NET and Angular solutions built according to Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles. Your
missions:
Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards. Analyze business requirements and propose pragmatic, sustainable, and future-oriented solution options. Bridge the gap between Business and IT by translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions. Guide projects from architecture definition through implementation and production rollout. Ensure alignment and collaboration among all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Define short-, medium-, and long-term visions for the evolution of IT systems. Validate and challenge proposed solutions together with technical architecture teams. Support modernization initiatives while ensuring continuity of legacy platforms. Contribute to innovation initiatives and technology evolution within the Life Insurance domain. Your activities: Gather and analyze business requirements and strategic objectives. Design target solution architectures and define implementation roadmaps. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify real business needs. Collaborate with IS teams, Application Technology teams, Architecture & Strategy teams, and Infrastructure & Operations teams. Ensure smooth transition from architecture phase to delivery and implementation. Facilitate consensus-building between Business and IT stakeholders. Present architectural solutions to the Architecture Board. Produce and maintain architecture documentation. Ensure compliance with architectural standards and governance principles. Assess implementation, operational, maintenance, and run costs of proposed solutions. Review and validate technical architecture proposals. Promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Challenge existing approaches and introduce innovative ideas when relevant. Ensure quality, maintainability, scalability, and long-term sustainability of solutions. Support integration initiatives involving strategic external partners. You have the following
skills:
Functional & Business Solution Architecture (mandatory, 2-5 years minimum) Functional Design (mandatory, 2-5 years minimum) Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Stakeholder management and business-IT alignment Architecture governance and documentation Life Insurance domain knowledge Technical Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts (mandatory) Asynchronous integration patterns (mandatory) Strong interest in technological innovation (mandatory) ArchiMate .
