Brussels, Brussels-Capital, Belgique CGI Temps plein
Position Description CGI is supporting a leading energy-sector organization on a large-scale international IT transformation programme spanning business domains and technology platforms. We are looking for three Senior PMOs with 10 years of PMO experience to strengthen the programme delivery organization and support the successful execution of its Belgian workstreams. Each PMO will be embedded directly within a programme Stream and work closely with its Stream Lead. You will structure daily steering, apply the common programme governance and keep plans, dependencies, risks, actions and decisions under control. The role combines stream planning, risk and dependency management, executive reporting, governance and rigorous JIRA tracking. You will connect stakeholders across streams and countries and turn complex information into clear actions, mitigation paths and decision-ready reporting. The initial client assignment is scheduled from January 2027 until December 2028, with the possibility of a one-year renewal. What Will You Do
• Stream planning and coordination. Build, maintain and steer the integrated Stream plan, monitor milestones and actions, and coordinate with other Streams to protect end-to-end delivery.
• Governance and delivery rhythm. Apply the methods and governance defined by the transversal PMO, establish the required drumbeat and organize the Stream meetings and ceremonies needed for effective steering.
• Risk, issue and dependency management. Identify, assess and track delivery risks, issues and dependencies; define practical mitigation or remediation paths; and escalate early when intervention or decisions are required.
• Deep-dives and workshops. Consolidate and qualify information on critical Stream topics, identify cross-functional impacts, connect the right stakeholders and facilitate focused workshops to drive resolution.
• Executive reporting and steering support. Prepare clear progress reports, executive presentations and decision materials for Steering Committees and other governance bodies, highlighting key messages, risks, dependencies and required decisions.
• JIRA and delivery transparency. Maintain accurate and timely project information in JIRA, ensure consistent follow-up of actions and provide reliable visibility across a complex, multi-country programme environment. What You Bring
• Senior PMO experience. At least 10 years of hands-on PMO experience supporting complex transformation programmes or major delivery organizations.
• Large-scale IT transformation. Proven experience in major IT replatforming or technology-enabled transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Planning and control. Strong ability to structure plans, monitor milestones and actions, and maintain control of risks, issues, decisions and cross-stream dependencies.
• Analytical capability. Ability to focus, perform structured deep-dives, challenge information and turn complex or fragmented input into clear conclusions and next steps.
• Governance and reporting. Strong experience preparing executive-level documentation, progress reporting and governance materials for senior decision-makers.
• Stakeholder leadership. Confidence supporting Stream Leads and working across business and IT teams, central programme functions, local delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• JIRA discipline. Practical experience using JIRA for structured delivery tracking, with the discipline to keep plans, actions, risks and status information continuously up to date.
• International collaboration. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-layered and multi-country environment, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory. Valuable Additional Experience
• Energy and utilities. Experience in the energy or utilities sector and an understanding of its business and operational processes.
• Operational transformation. Experience supporting business-process redesign or a complete operational transformation alongside the technology programme.
• Group and local delivery models. Exposure to international Group programmes with local country implementation, governance and delivery accountability.
• Change management and engagement. Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, change activities or communication within a major transformation programme.
• Executive communication. Advanced ability to build concise steering packs, dashboards and presentations for senior governance forums.
• Programme tooling. Experience designing or improving JIRA-based tracking, reporting routines or delivery dashboards across multiple Streams. Why CGI?
