At MODERN CAR Limousine Services, we specialize in premium chauffeur-driven transportation for an international clientele, including VIP guests, corporate executives and official delegations.
We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and solution-oriented Junior Operations Planner to join our team in Zaventem.

YOUR MISSION
As part of our operations team, you will be at the heart of our daily activities, ensuring that every journey runs smoothly.
• Plan and coordinate chauffeur assignments and VIP transportation services.
• Monitor ongoing missions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate daily with international clients, chauffeurs and partners.
• Handle last-minute requests and unexpected situations with efficiency and professionalism.
• Organize and optimize vehicle and chauffeur availability.
• Anticipate operational challenges and find practical solutions.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in rotating shifts with evening and weekend on-call schedules.
YOUR PROFILE
✔ You are highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented. ✔ You enjoy coordinating multiple activities and making quick decisions. ✔ You speak excellent English and French. Additional languages are an asset. ✔ You are confident communicating by phone and email. ✔ You remain calm and efficient under pressure. ✔ You are comfortable using computers and learning new software. ✔ You have a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine team spirit. ✔ You are flexible and understand the importance of responsiveness in a premium service environment.
