Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Learning & Development initiatives, coordinating training projects and supporting the implementation of digital learning and AI-enabled training programs within an international environment. 🛠 Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Learning & Development projects. Plan, monitor and report project progress. Estimate timelines, resources and project costs. Coordinate training initiatives for both on-site and remote teams. Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories. Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans. Support the adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. 💻 Requirements 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience. Experience managing Learning & Development or training projects. Experience with AI-enabled learning initiatives or digital learning solutions. Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar). Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, PM² or equivalent). Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills. ⭐ Nice to Have Experience in multicultural and international environments. Knowledge of online learning and e-learning platforms. Experience managing large-scale training programs. 🎁 Benefits Freelance contract. International project. On-site position in Brussels.
