Job Responsibilities Perform regular trade data and market data validation (Price checking, Corporate actions checking, other securities master parameters checking, trade files receive status etc.) over various asset classes including but not limit to equities, futures & options, fixed income, FX, OTC products, etc. Ensure NAV is delivered on time and market data issue is resolved timely Manage and maintain portfolios’ records Act as a contact point for clients, capable to planning ahead timeline, identifying and anticipating issues and suggesting possible solutions Coordinate with clients and vendors to complete client onboarding workflow Participate in operations related to projects, such as system deployment and enhancement of policies and procedures Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve accounting and operational issue Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies Job Requirement Degree holder with major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines A qualified member with HKICPA or equivalent will be an advantage Minimum 5 (For Assistant Manager) or 8 (For Manager) years’ relevant experience within investment management or fund administration / fund accounting or financial reporting for investment funds in public markets (Prior audit/accounting experience preferred) Knowledge of Geneva is preferred Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams Good interpersonal skill Proficient in PC skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.), knowledge in VBA and macro would definitely be an advantage Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
