About The Role
Own critical systems at the intersection of market data, execution, and product, from architecture through reliable operation.
What you'll do
• Design and deliver scalable services for time-sensitive financial workflows.
• Set a high bar for system reliability, observability, testing, and code quality.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions and carry them through implementation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate directly with product and market teams. What we're looking for
• Substantial experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• A record of owning ambiguous, technically demanding projects end to end.
