We are seeking an organized Operations & Account Management Coordinator who also possesses basic Unity capabilities to support both our business workflows and our development team.
In this hybrid role, you will spend part of your time managing client relationships and studio operations, and the other part handling lightweight, entry-level tasks inside the Unity editor.
Core Responsibilities
• Account Management: Serve as the main operational contact for clients, deliver milestone updates, and handle onboarding.
• Basic Unity Tasks: Perform basic tasks in Unity such as importing assets, updating UI text/localization strings, organizing project folder structures, or pulling/testing basic builds.
• Operations Coordination: Track internal team tasks, manage documentation, and ensure day-to-day studio workflows run smoothly.
• Meeting & Action Items: Schedule client and internal syncs, document clear action items, and follow up with the team. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, account management, or project coordination (ideally in gaming or tech).
• Students can try to apply.
• Basic Unity familiarity: Able to navigate the Unity editor, manage files, and handle basic asset placement/tweaks (no advanced programming required).
• Proficiency with workspace and task tools (Notion, GitHub/Git, Slack, Asana, or ClickUp).
• Exceptional communication skills for managing client relationships.
