Qualifications:
• University degree in computer science, engineering, business or a closely related discipline What will you do?
• Collect and interpret stakeholder and business needs, then convert them into practical, high-value enhancements for the gas flow management product set.
• Organise and lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover, examine and clarify business requirements.
• Translate requirements into conceptual artefacts—for example use-case diagrams, activity flows and information models—ensuring alignment with the current application architecture.
• Work with product team colleagues to refine requirements into user stories, size work items, take part in sprint planning and support delivery through Agile practices.
• Design and execute functional test cases, assist end users during acceptance testing, run product demonstrations, provide training and produce user-facing documentation.
• Triage service requests and production incidents raised by business stakeholders, propose corrective or improvement actions and promote knowledge sharing and process enhancements. Technologies (mandatory)
