Job Type
Hybrid – 50% Onsite + 50% Teleworking in Belgium Roles &
Requirements:
• Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Initial professional experience in implementing AI solutions within a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment such as a TSO.
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or French and excellent English.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Master's in Science, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and automation available on the market.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience assessing the business value and feasibility of AI and automation use cases.
• Strong project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional technology implementations.
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements for AI/automation solutions.
• Ability to connect business expectations with implementation/IT teams.
• Experience supporting business users in adopting new technologies and tools.
• Ability to act as a spokesperson/promoter for AI and automation within an organization.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Independent, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong customer focus, flexibility, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Support business teams in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Analyse business needs and define AI/automation requirements.
• Assess and prioritize AI and automation use cases based on their business value.
• Coordinate implementation of new technologies across cross-functional projects.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of AI and automation within Elia.
• Train and support business users in using new tools and technologies effectively.
