Role Description This part-time and full time on-site Financial Asset Management role is based in Hong Kong SAR and is designed for fresh graduates and current Master’s students in finance-related disciplines. The role involves supporting the analysis and monitoring of investment portfolios, assisting in financial planning and asset allocation activities, and preparing basic financial reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. Daily tasks may include data collection, trend analysis, updating asset management documentation, and assisting with presentations and reports for the investment and finance teams. The individual will collaborate with experienced professionals, learn to apply financial concepts in practice, and follow AIA’s policies, compliance standards, and risk management guidelines in all activities. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required; relevant backgrounds in finance, uired; relevant backgrounds in finance, accounting, marketing, etc.accounting, marketing, etc. are preferred

After joining the company, must pass the Hong Kong Insurance Intermediary Qualification Examination (IIQE) Part 1 (Insurance Principles and Practice) and Part 3 (Investment-linked Long-Term Insurance), and the company provides comprehensive free training support
Due to the need for direct communication with local and cross-border clients, one must be able to conduct daily business exchanges in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Those with excellent English skills will be given priority, and those who possess basic proficiency in using digital tools are especially preferred.
