About Hong Kong Football Club Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC) was founded in 1886 with a mission to facilitate the development of sporting activities in Hong Kong. Website: www.hkfc.com Job Responsibilities Handle and organize day-to-day sales activities Develop and explore new business and build up an extensive network Follows through major banquet functions as well as catering arrangement of sports tournaments Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, negotiating event logistics directly with them Works closely with various departments to always ensure smooth operation of function and the delivery of quality service Follow up feedback of post function questionnaires and follow through with necessary actions Optimize function space utilization to enhance revenue potential Maintain positive relationship with event organizers and to drive business opportunities and referrals Provide day-to-day support to the catering sales team Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors Requirements Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a similar position Customer-oriented with a good telephone manner Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Delphi" is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Special
