Description De La Fonction Et Tâches Principales
Sous l'autorité hiérarchique du technicien supérieur et du Directeur adjoint Finance et Administration (DDFA), le/la magasinier(ère) se verra confier les tâches suivantes :
MAGASINIER
• Gestion de l’inventaire et suivi du stock de marchandises (contrôle, vérification, approvisionnement, rangement, nettoyage, inventaire) ;
• Gestion du stock de consommables pour les sanitaires et les photocopieuses ;
• Gestion du stock et des commandes techniques ;
• Gestion globale de l’espace du stockage (connaissance des produits, de leur conditionnement et emplacement exact) ;
• Réception des marchandises ;
• Rangement et tenue optimale de l’atelier ;
• Triage des déchets ;
• Entretien, maintenance et suivi du matériel et des équipements de l'atelier en cas de panne ; GESTION ADMINISTRATIVE ET COMPTABLE
• Demandes d’offres de prix pour le matériel consommable ;
• Suivi optimal des commandes (groupage, délais, stocks) ;
• Gestion des anomalies des livraisons (identification et suivi auprès du fournisseur jusqu’à la résolution) ;
• Validation administrative des livraisons (enregistrement des mouvements du stock dans le logiciel) ;
• Travail administratif découlant de la fonction (encodage, classement) ;
• Rôle d’intermédiaire après du personnel enseignant pour les commandes de matériel pédagogique ;
• Respect des procédures de contrôle et rédaction de rapports ;
• Contribution au suivi des travaux organisés par la Régie de Bâtiments ;
• Contribution à l’élaboration des marchés publics, des avis de marché, des cahiers des charges ;
• Assistance aux préparations des différents dossiers (permis d’environnement par exemple) suite aux demandes de la Direction, du technicien supérieur et du conseiller en prévention ;
• Assistance nécessaire à l’équipe technique (aide à la préparation des évènements, assistance aux techniciens et aux ouvriers) ;
• Toute autre tâche administrative confiée par le technicien supérieur et le Directeur Adjoint Finance et Administration dans l’objectif d’assurer la continuité des services.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
• Au minimum un diplôme de bachelier dans une filière technique ou un certificat de l’enseignement technique de qualification ou équivalent par expérience ;
• Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire ;
• Une expérience professionnelle similaire dans une autre École européenne et/ou un environnement international multilingue sera considéré comme un sérieux atout ;
• Maîtrise de l'anglais ou du français et capacité à utiliser l'autre langue de manière autonome, la connaissance d’une autre langue européenne sera considérée comme un atout ;
• Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques (Office 365, SAP etc.) et en particulier les logiciels informatiques spécifiques pour la gestion/suivi des stocks et des flux et étiquetage des articles et des cartons ;
• Toute expérience attestée en matière de sensibilisation à la sécurité au travail constituera un atout pour la candidature ;
• Un respect des procédures internes, consignes et normes en vigueur ;
• Capacité à manipuler des chariots de manutention et des objets lourds et encombrants et habilité manuelle ;
• Excellent sens de la communication dans un contexte multilingue exigeant ;
• Excellentes capacités d’organisation du travail et gestion du temps (flexibilité et respect des échéances) ;

And Main Duties Reporting to the Senior Technician and the Deputy Director of Finance and Administration (DDFA), the warehouse worker will be responsible for the following tasks: WHAREHOUSE WORKER
• Managing inventory and monitoring stock levels (checking, verifying, restocking, tidying, cleaning, stocktaking);
• Managing stocks of consumables for sanitation facilities and photocopiers;
• Managing stock and technical orders;
• Overall management of the storage area (knowledge of products, their packaging and exact location);
• Receiving goods;
• Tidying and maintaining the workshop in optimal condition;
• Sorting waste;
• Servicing, maintenance and monitoring of workshop machinery and equipment in the event of a breakdown; ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT
• Requesting quotations for consumables;
• Optimal order tracking (consolidation, lead times, stock levels);
• Handling delivery issues (identifying problems and liaising with the supplier until resolution);
• Administrative validation of deliveries (recording stock movements in the software);
• Administrative tasks arising from the role (data entry, filing);
• Acting as an intermediary on behalf of teaching staff for orders of teaching materials;
• Compliance with control procedures and report writing;
• Contributing to the monitoring of works organised by the Régie de Bâtiments;
• Contributing to the drafting of public procurement contracts, tender notices and specifications;
• Assisting with the preparation of various applications (e.g. environmental permits) in response to requests from management, the senior technician and the health and safety adviser;
• Providing necessary support to the technical team (helping to organise events, assisting technicians and workers);
• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the senior technician and the Deputy Director of Finance and Administration with a view to ensuring the continuity of services. PROFILE
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a technical qualification certificate, or equivalent through experience;
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Relevant professional experience at another European School and/or in a multilingual international environment will be considered a significant advantage;
• Fluency in English or French and the ability to use the other language independently; knowledge of another European language will be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of IT tools (Office 365, SAP, etc.) and, in particular, specialist software for the management and monitoring of stock and flows, and the labelling of items and boxes;
• Any proven experience in promoting workplace safety will be an asset;
• Compliance with internal procedures, instructions and applicable standards;
• Ability to operate forklift trucks and handle heavy and bulky items, as well as manual dexterity;
• Excellent communication skills in a demanding multilingual environment;
