Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Belgium. Are you an organised and hands-on Project Manager with a strong technical affinity? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple projects, working with different stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish? Then this opportunity might be for you As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, with individual project values typically ranging from €50K to €500K. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to our quality standards. Your Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial handover to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Monitor project performance, financial results, risks and quality standards.
• Ensure projects remain within the agreed scope, budget and deadlines.
• Manage change requests and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Coordinate procurement activities, equipment orders and technical interventions.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and invoicing.
• Organise project closure and handover to the operational and service teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with solid project management experience and a genuine interest in technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical, ICT or electronic security environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology; PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.
• Good technical understanding of ICT environments; experience in electronic security systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch, French and English.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and proactively solve problems.
