• Trade Lifecycle Management:
• Support the pricing, valuation, and ongoing monitoring of structured products and open positions.
• Prepare product term sheets and accurately translate product specifications into internal product files for trade lifecycle monitoring.
• Work closely with sales, Trading, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and product management.
• Maintain product documentation and support post-trade monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Client Coverage:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, work closely with the sales team, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, and client brochures for a wide range of structured investment solutions.
• Business Development: Identify and originate new clients and business opportunities for the team.
• New Product Design and Market Exploration:
• Develop and design innovative products tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product development. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Relevant experience in financial markets, with exposure to structured products, derivatives, capital markets, or investment products, with working experience either in investment banks or in crypto organizations like CEX or asset management firms.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives and structured investment products; experience with pricing and valuation is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop pricing models and generate trade ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts.
