Learn more at www.altiacompany.com WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Roll-Out Coordinator with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments. You will join an innovative international project with an international organization. Must-haves for this challenge:
• University degree at Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (Master's level or 5 years of higher education).
• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
• At least 5 years in planning, coordinating, scheduling, and executing detailed rollout timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multi-stakeholder IT initiatives.
• At least 3 years in the development, testing, inclusion, and deployment of new indicators in existing reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• At least 3 years experience in coordinating projects across multiple teams and multiple sites using appropriate IT tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in authoring comprehensive technical documentation (user manuals, runbooks, training modules, and factsheets).
• Proficiency in roll-out and project management tools, design and management of databases and data-warehouses, dashboard and analytics technologies (e.g., QlikView), and meta-data management.
• Capacity to translate complex requirements into structured database schemas, commitment to data accuracy, and strict discretion in handling confidential data.
• Documented evidence of training in composite indicator development and stakeholder interaction management is required.
• English C1/C2 level.
