• Take end-to-end ownership: identify opportunities, mobilise the right people, drive decisions, and ensure delivery creates measurable value. Customer and bank engagement
• Build trusted relationships with banks across Fraud, AML, Compliance, Operations, Risk, IT, and Digital teams.
• Gather, validate, and challenge requirements through interviews, workshops, pilots, and demonstrations.

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, platform, or ecosystem products is a plus. Technology understanding
• You do not need to be a developer or architect, but you are comfortable discussing APIs and integrations, data flows and data quality, case-management workflows, rules engines and alerting logic, and system constraints and delivery trade-offs.

• Customer-oriented and curious: you listen carefully, uncover underlying needs, and keep track of changing fraud patterns and new opportunities.
• A hands-on, proactive problem solver: you focus on what can be done and bring people together to move forward.
