- from planning to delivery Align scope, priorities, and timelines with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple ongoing projects Ensure smooth collaboration with manufacturing partners and logistics providers Drive clear internal and external communication, providing timely project updates Maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow structure Contribute to continuous improvement in project processes, tooling, and execution Support customer-facing delivery planning and ensure expectations are aligned and met Help ensure quality and reliability by coordinating testing, validation, and feedback loops Requirements 🧩 What makes you a great fit: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in hardware, electronics, robotics, or manufacturing environments Solid understanding of hardware development cycles, BOM management, and supply chain/logistics flows Strong organizational and planning skills
