Your Role As a Business Developer, you will contribute to the growth of our Odoo business activity. You will identify new opportunities, build and develop a pipeline of prospects, and support companies in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Belgian market.
• Understand client needs and qualify sales opportunities.
• Present the Odoo solution and demonstrate its value for each client's business.
• Maintain and manage opportunities within the CRM.
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
• Strong interest in technology, business software, and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and Microsoft 365. Languages
• Fluent French.
• Professional Dutch and/or English.
• Proficiency in all three languages is considered a strong asset.
