Requirements:
• Experience in managing projects.
• Knowledge of recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile.
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Practical knowledge on how to produce effective reports on relevant data.
• Knowledge of solution and systems architecture principles, with experience in designing scalable, secure, and interoperable digital solutions.
• Understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and related services.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs.
• Knowledge of product management practices (e.g., road mapping, backlog management, outcome-based planning) to align solutions with business value.
• Knowledge of change and release management practices to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new digital solutions.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns (e.g., layered, event-driven, domain-driven) to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools like Maven, GitLab, Bamboo, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Knowledge with ALM tools like Jira, Git, Bitbucket, and wikis.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems and data modelling.
• Understanding security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
• Knowledge of performance optimisation (query tuning, indexing, execution plans).
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Good knowledge of relational database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with database IDEs (Oracle SQL Developer, DBeaver, pgAdmin, SQL Workbench/J) for schema management and queries.
• Awareness of AI applied to coding (e.g. Amazon Q, Kiro...)
• Knowledge of User Experience and usability concerns in software development.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum years of IT professional
experience:
7 years. Language: B2 level of English and/or French.
Location:
Brussels, on-site presence once a week.
