• The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for the information security of the Client, including the ISMS, risk management, compliance and governance.
• The Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Program Manager supports the CISO within the CISO office. The function coordinates the roll-out of the purchased Microsoft full E5 license, monitors it closely from a safety perspective and detects risks, without taking over the executive role of the ICT services or the decision-making authority of the CISO. MISSION
• The feature ensures a thoughtful, secure and manageable rollout of the Microsoft full E5 license. She coordinates the implementation towards IT, assists the CISO in the follow-up, identifies risks and bridges the gap to follow-up projects such as SecaaS. DELIVERABLES
• Supported roadmap and planning for the E5 rollout
• Periodic progress and risk reports
• Agreements on configuration, governance and management of the E5 environment
• Acceptance and transfer files (project → management)
• Change and adoption approach; input for the SecaaS command MAIN TASKS
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor progress and dependencies on the E5 rollout
• Technically linking up with the ICT services and closely monitoring the rollout
• Detect risks, bottlenecks and challenges and propose control measures
• Help monitor configuration, identity and access management and governance
• Collaborating with stakeholders, with the local police as the first stakeholder
• Follow up on the vendor (Microsoft/resellers) and license usage
• Bridging the gap to follow-up projects such as the SecaaS assignment
• Reporting to the CISO and documenting decisions and configurations KNOWLEDGE DOMAINS
• Microsoft 365 / E5: core services and their coherence (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive)
• Identity and access: Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, MFA; Intune (AD/ADFS/SCCM is a plus)
• E5 security and compliance workloads; Cloud, hybrid and mobile solutions
• Information security and GRC; in outline NIS 2 and the GDPR
• Project and program coordination and license management COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
• Communicate clearly and switch between technical and non-technical language
• Collaborate with the CISO, the ICT services, the local police and the supplier
• Dutch or French required; Bilingualism is an added value; English required LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE
• Coordinating independently within a clear framework (SFIA level 4 – Enable)
• At home in the cybersecurity domain; affinity with the Client context SKILLS
• Assess E5 configuration, identity, access, and security workloads
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on the E5 roll-out independently
• Structured, solution-oriented and carefully documenting work
