You make short-form video that earns attention in the first two seconds, and you can explain why your hooks work — not just that they do. You want a channel of your own rather than a queue of briefs. This is a senior, hands-on role. It is not entry-level and not an internship. Eleven years ago Coconut Matter started at a kitchen table. Today we make our own plastic-free personal care products in Wong Chuk Hang — deodorant, shampoo concentrate, body care — and ship to more than 50 countries. Where this role sits Our Marketing Manager owns the commercial side: paid media, email, agencies, campaigns, landing pages. Organic social is yours. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts — the ideas, the filming, the edit, the captions, the community, the calendar and the results. Nobody else is posting on your channel, and nobody will hand you a brief. What you’ll do
• Make short-form video, weekly and consistently — not in bursts
• Work directly with our Founder to tell the story behind the products: why they exist, how they’re made, what’s actually in them
• Turn real customer stories into content people trust
• May appear on camera yourself, warmly and without a script voice
• Build properly for each platform — Reels, TikTok and Shorts are different mediums, not one video posted three times
• Reply to comments and messages like a person, not a brand
• Read the numbers and tell us honestly what worked and what didn’t What we’re looking for
• 2+ years making short-form video for brands, agencies or yourself, with work you can show
• Real command of the hook — you can articulate why an opening works
• Comfortable and natural on camera
• Strong written English for captions and scripts. Cantonese an advantage.
• Fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut; comfortable in Canva or Photoshop
• Using AI tools to work faster, not to think for you
• Able to look at a post that underperformed and say specifically what you’d change
• Already living in Hong Kong with the right to work here. We can’t sponsor visas.

What we offer
HK$17,000–25,000 per month depending on experience and portfolio
· 14 days annual leave plus public holidays
· one day a week from home
· MPF, group medical from year two
· a channel you genuinely own, with direct access to the Founder
