Company Description Rish Lab crafts Rish Kombucha, a fermented tea brewed and handcrafted in Brussels using organic Sencha green tea, cane sugar, and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). Through fermentation, the drink is transformed into a kombucha rich in probiotics and organic acids that support gut health. The brand promotes the idea that the gut is a “second brain” and central to overall wellbeing. The company’s mission centers on making better health accessible through mindful, high-quality products. Role Description The Sales Intern will support daily sales operations for Rish Kombucha, working on-site in Brussels in an internship role. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product information, and promoting Rish Kombucha at the point of sale or events. The intern will assist with order processing, stocking, and maintaining attractive product displays. This role involves collecting customer feedback, helping prepare sales reports, and supporting basic sales administration. The intern will collaborate with the sales team to learn sales techniques, contribute to outreach initiatives, and help strengthen brand visibility in the local market. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and clearly present product benefits. Foundational Sales skills, with motivation to learn sales techniques and contribute to revenue growth. Interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management, with willingness to support the sales team and learn from guidance. Ability to work on-site in Brussels, with reliability and a proactive, collaborative attitude. Interest in health, wellness, or food and beverage products; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or events is an advantage. Basic organizational and time management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
