Fincons is looking for a SharePoint and Power Automate Developer to design, implement, and maintain business solutions that improve collaboration, workflow efficiency, and data management across the organization. The role involves working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to customize SharePoint environments, build automated workflows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 applications and external systems via connectors and APIs.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing SharePoint solutions and workflows.
• Document solutions, technical designs, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Specific Expertise
• Min 5 years hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation.
• Proficiency with Power Apps for building custom forms and apps (desirable).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook integration).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration tasks.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of governance, permissions, and security best practices in SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Our personnel search is addressed to candidates of all genders.
