Role Overview We are looking for a Financial Data & AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to strengthen our international team. Based in Belgium or Luxembourg, you will work at the intersection of finance operations, data, and technology. You will help improve the way we collect, structure, validate, and use data across our internal systems and client servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Data, Reporting & Analytics Build, maintain and improve our internal data platform Support the creation and maintenance of operational reporting, dashboards, and management information Analyze data quality issues and help identify root causes, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities Systems & Process Improvement Support the continuous improvement of business processes and data workflows Automate manual or spreadsheet-driven processes Participate in user acceptance testing, release validation, and follow-up on system changes Internal tools & AI applications Support the development and maintenance of integrations between internal and external systems Contribute to new tools for asset consolidation and accounting reconciliation Explore and implement concrete AI use cases Profile & Qualifications Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, data, business engineering, finance, economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a data or technology role Hands-on experience with data analytics and engineering Good understanding of
