Responsibilities:
• Carry out quality assurance and quality control inspections on welded mechanical components.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ASME standards and welding requirements.
• Monitor welding activities and verify that quality procedures and technical specifications are respected.
• Identify non-conformities, document inspection findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. 🎯
Your Profile
• You have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• You have 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, welding, QA/QC, or quality inspection.
• You have practical experience with welding processes and welded components.
• You have a good knowledge of ASME standards and quality control procedures.
• You are quality-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
• You are fluent in English and French, or English and Dutch.
• Certification as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) is a strong asset. 🚀
