Regular Non-Exempt General Description Responsible for managing and performing key tasks within the recruitment process, with a focus on onboarding, contracting, and compliance. This position acts as a bridge between the Talent Acquisition team and new employees, ensuring an efficient and positive experience. The role includes administrative responsibilities, adherence to established deadlines, and maintaining organized and up-to-date recruitment documentation. Essential Functions Manages the end-to-end process for onboarding and contracting new employees, ensuring all steps comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Generate and track operational reports to monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), providing insights to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Ensure that all necessary documentation for new hires, including I-9 forms and employment contracts, is completed accurately and filed in accordance with legal and organizational requirements. Coordinates and completes background checks for new hires, ensuring verification processes are accurately conducted to confirm candidates’ qualifications and suitability. Prepares temporary employment contracts for candidates, ensuring clarity, legal compliance, and consistency with labor laws and company standards. Coordinates and prepares documentation for internal promotions, ensuring timelines, approvals, and procedures are followed to guarantee fairness and consistency. Acts as the primary contact for all communication with new hires, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive onboarding experience. Processes recruitment-related invoices and maintains financial documentation, ensuring accurate handling of payments related to job postings, agency fees, and background checks. Complies fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, procedures, and local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained herein. Minimum Qualifications Education and

Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferable in Business Administration or related areas. At least one (1) year of experience in handling employment contracts, I-9 forms, or other legal compliance documents. Experience in conducting initial interviews and candidate assessments. Experience:
Associate's Degree or at least sixty to sixty-four (60-64) approved college preferably in Business Administration or related areas. At least two (2) years of experience in handling employment contracts, I-9 forms, or other legal compliance documents. Experience in conducting initial interviews and candidate assessments.
