Key Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, schedules, and procedures.
• Review vendor procedures, reports, and subcontractor method statements.
• Supervise testing, cleaning, leak testing, reinstatement, and system integration activities.
• Coordinate with Construction, Vendors, Subcontractors, and other Commissioning disciplines to achieve Mechanical Completion targets.
• Develop and review commissioning procedures, identify temporary system requirements, and coordinate specialist resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage NCRs, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain commissioning documentation, test records, punch lists, and compliance reports.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements, including PTW, RAMS, and LOTO procedures.
• Support final acceptance testing and system handover activities. Profile
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in Mechanical, Piping, or Process pre-commissioning and commissioning within industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing, mechanical completion, system turnover, and commissioning practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Safety-focused mindset with experience in permit-to-work and risk management processes. What do
