• Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent; and
• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Languages equivalent to Form 5 standard; and
• Three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision
• Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:

• Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course;
• Basic Accident Prevention Course;
• Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and
