We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer (L2/L3) for a key client based in Ghent.
Main tasks:
• Provide end-user support
• Resolve incidents logged by end users
• Perform service requests
• Troubleshoot local components
• Staging and configuration of PCs for new employees
• Carry out tests after changes, with the possibility of exceptional onsite interventions during the weekend
Requirements:
• At least 10 years experience in end-user support
• Experience with Windows 19, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
• General knowledge of end-user management tools and environment Languages: Dutch (B2) and English (B2)

Ghent, on-site position.
