Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard Assure Company standards can be carried out in terms of product quality, customer service level, hygiene and safety -Organize & provide staff training Maintain and continuously improve in beverage and food sales Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in warm and friendly manner Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet the performance standard Ensures restaurant standards are consistently implemented Job Requirements Form 5 standard, preferably with Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent 5 years experience in the F&B industry with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience Experience in Western Restaurant operation preferred Knowledge of wine is an advantage Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often Benefits 6 Day Off per month Discretionary Bonus 12 Days Annual Leave 14 Days Statutory Holiday Staff Discount Target Bonus Tips Discretionary Bonus Free Duty Meal
