- ensure a smooth operation of the information processing of supply chain and logistics processes.
- support and coach users in the usage of various IT tools
- handle or coordinate (towards the IT department) problems occurring in information processing.
- support in preparing and validating new business releases of core solutions.
- support process / IT projects (with an important focus on clients migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S4/HANA).
- make proposals for enhancing existing processes and solutions.
- take care of the training of end users. Description: In scope of S/4HANA selective green fields conversion:
- Prepare Functional Test scenario’s supported by business expert
- Execution functional test coordinated by business expert
- Training of key users -Support key users during UAT testing -Incident handling FT and UAT testing – communication to IT-team -Update training documentation -Training of end users -Data quality check of conversion -Support Business for go live preparation -Business support after go live
