Job Description
As a Senior PM SAP S/4HANA, you’ll lead the business side of a major SAP migration within a pharmaceutical environment. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, the existing IT lead, and cross-functional teams to support the transition from the current SAP system to S/4HANA. Your pharmaceutical experience, knowledge of GMP requirements, and background in Computer System Validation will help ensure that the project meets both business and regulatory expectations. Your missions
• Lead the business workstream for the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the main business representative throughout the project.
• Coordinate business requirements, process reviews, workshops, and decision-making.
• Work closely with the existing IT lead and guide collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Manage project activities, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for the SAP implementation.
• Support the review and adaptation of processes within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Ensure that GMP requirements are taken into account throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to CSV activities, including validation planning, requirements, risk assessments, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support business teams during test preparation and execution.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to local and international stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, and the transition to the new SAP solution.
• Produce and review project, functional, and validation documentation.
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders in both English and Dutch.
Your profile
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience leading the business side of an SAP migration or transformation project.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and migration-related activities.
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment.
• Good understanding of GMP principles and their application in business and IT processes.
• Experience with Computer System Validation and regulated system implementation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
