Job Description
We, a local public listed company with business in property investment and property development , are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the following position:
• 投資拓展研究 (Research on Potential Investment Opportunities)
• 跟進潜在項目機會，編制可研報告；結合城市、産品和客戶研究，協助維護更新投研數據庫及投資評估體系 (Track and evaluate potential investment and project opportunities; prepare feasibility studies and investment reports. Maintain and update the research databases and investment evaluation frameworks, incorporating city, product and customer insights)
• 投研分析及對標 (Analysis & Benchmarking)
• 針對市場行業、政府政策、一流企業、重點項目等，協助統籌資訊整理和研究分析，完成彙報材料編制及成果輸出 (Support research analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, government policies, leading enterprises and key projects. Prepare presentation materials and deliver research outputs)
• 開發模式研究 (Research on Development Model)
• 協助參與項目發展和銷售，總結沉澱本地市場的投資開發經驗，協助研究兩地房地産開發模式及推動相關投研建議 (Support project development and sales activities. Summarise and consolidate local market experience in investment and development and best practices. Assist in studying real estate development models across two markets and provide recommendations)
• 溝通協調和綜合保障 (Communication, Coordination & Operational Support)
• 推進公司內部的各級專業溝通、本地資源拓展，協助落實公司日常管理事項，保障跨職能、跨區域溝通順暢 (Facilitate effective communication and coordination across internal stakeholders, assist in expanding local resources and networks, assist with daily operation matters to ensure smooth cross‑functional & regional collaboration)
• 統籌及編制各類報告 (Report Compilation & Review)
• 統籌編製及審核各類投研及市場報告，包括常規報告 (包括日報、週報及月報)，及協助日常上報總部的資料整理及建議反饋 (Responsible for compilation and review of various investment‑research and market reports, including regular deliverables such as daily, weekly and monthly reports. Assist in compiling and summarising information for routine reports to headquarters and provide feedback or recommendations as required) 職位要求 Job Requirements
• 學士或以上，主修房地産、經濟、統計、市場學或相關專業優先 (Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Real Estate, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred)
• 1-2 年相關工作經驗，歡迎應屆畢業生申請。有中資公司工作經驗者優先 (1 ‑ 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior working experience in Chinese‑funded enterprises is preferred)
• 具備良好的數據分析及報告撰寫能力，熟悉Excel及PowerPoint及最新AI工具操作 (Strong data analysis and report-writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and up‑to‑date AI tools)
• 具有成就導向，自驅力和自主性强，悟性高且學習動力强、抗壓力好且推動力强，較好的人際理解力和溝通協調能力 (Result‑driven, self‑motivated and proactive with quick learning aptitude. Able to work under pressure and drive tasks forward. Possess solid interpersonal awareness and coordination skills)
• 較好的中文及英語分析提煉總結的文字表達能力，聽說讀寫均可兩言三語（普通話、粵語、英語）作爲工作語言 (Excellent analytical, summarising and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Trilingual proficiency (Mandarin, Cantonese and English) for daily work)
• 細心、有條理，能同時處理多項任務並按時完成 (Meticulous and well‑organised. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outputs on schedule)
