Start YOUR career with DHL today… Role Purpose: Executes ITIL Asset and Configuration Management processes and maintains accurate CMDB data, Configuration Items (CIs), assets and relationships. Perform verifications to ensure data completeness and quality and providing reports. How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
• Create and maintain CIs and Assets.
• Update CMDB following changes and requests.
• Execute CMDB verifications.
• Correct data discrepancies.
• Produce standard reports.
• Follow ACM policies, standards and work instructions.
• Support stakeholders with operational ACM activities.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives within Asset and Config Management process. Do you have what it takes?
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Asset/Configuration Management or related ITSM discipline.
• Good ServiceNow CMDB knowledge.
• Understanding of infrastructure technologies and ITIL processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of GAIT operations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Good understanding of Express business processes and stakeholder landscape.
• Good understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB concepts.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT environments including operating systems, networking and business applications.
