As our Technical Sales Support Manager, you will lead a team of technical experts supporting customers and sales colleagues across ABB's Electrification business (Smart Building and Smart Power). From distribution enclosures and circuit breakers to KNX and energy management technologies, you will help turn complex challenges into future-ready solutions. Lead experts. Enable customers. Power the future. Your mission You will build and lead a high-performing Technical Sales Support team that customers and colleagues trust for expert guidance. Together, you will help define the most effective electrical solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, balancing smart energy distribution, operational reliability, and energy efficiency. At the same time, you will drive the success of our enclosure portfolio, ensuring ABB continues to bring innovative and impactful electrification solutions to the market. Your Day-to-day Includes Leading and developing a team of Technical Sales Support Specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Acting as the go-to expert for customers and sales teams, providing technical guidance on ABB's Electrification portfolio and helping identify the most effective solutions for every challenge. Translating complex customer requirements into smart, reliable, and energy-efficient electrical solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Driving technical analyses and solution design for strategic opportunities, ensuring customers benefit from the right balance of performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Delivering impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer engagements, showcasing how ABB's technologies help shape the electrical infrastructure of tomorrow. What makes you right for this role? We're looking for someone with the technical expertise to guide customers and the leadership skills to develop a team of experts. Someone who enjoys translating complex challenges into practical solutions and is energized by helping customers, colleagues, and team members succeed. You combine a passion for electrification with a natural ability to lead, coach, and inspire others. You Are Also An expert in Electrification, Building Automation, and Energy Management, with experience across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Experienced in sub and main distribution, with a strong understanding of the technologies and trends shaping the energy management market. A people-focused leader who has experience coaching, mentoring, or leading technical teams, and who enjoys helping others grow and excel. Comfortable combining technical depth with commercial awareness, enabling you to identify the most effective solutions for customers and sales teams alike. Digitally savvy and familiar with tools such as Excel, configuration tools, SharePoint, and AI-powered solutions. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, allowing you to build strong relationships across customers, partners, and colleagues throughout Belgium and Luxemburg. In possession of a Category B driving licence and ready to connect with customers and stakeholders when needed. What you get in return?
