Quality Control Technician

- Aibonito, Puerto Rico Full-Time If you’re someone who notices when something is off, takes pride in getting the details right, and can confidently use a tape measure to 1/16", you already have what it takes to start a career in quality control. CSC Radiator is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in Aibonito. Since 1991, we’ve manufactured radiators and other cooling system products for customers across Puerto Rico and the mainland U.
S. You don’t need previous quality control or manufacturing experience. We’ll provide paid training on our drawings, tolerances, inspection processes, and quality standards. If you bring accuracy, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

In addition to a salary starting at $13.00 per hour you can expect: Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid training A stable, full-time position The opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career What You’ll Do Inspect finished heat exchangers, radiators, and components, comparing them with product drawings and specifications Take accurate measurements using a tape measure to 1/16" and other basic measuring tools Check measurements against acceptable tolerances and identify defects, missing features, or inconsistencies Record inspection results clearly and accurately using company forms or systems Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production employees so they can be corrected quickly Follow company quality and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized inspection area What You Bring You do not need previous quality control or manufacturing experience. We’ll train you on the job. We’re looking for: The ability to accurately read and use a standard tape measure to 1/16" Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work The ability to compare a technical drawing with a finished product to identify differences Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions A willingness to learn and develop new skills English is not required for this position.
